The Tampa Bay Chapter was incorporated on August 3, 1988. It was comprised of a founding membership of 36 professional women from diverse backgrounds. The National Coalition of 100 Black Women advocates on behalf of “Women of Color” through national and local actions and strategic alliances that promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education and economic empowerment.
